could have been alot of Jame's influence. Fitting in a new already established band no matter how big is pretty hard. I'm actually pretty gladd Mustaine left metallica. I think he really needed his own band and creative control of something.

hey dude, great taste in music, and nice battles.

I can understand the view of Hammet in metallica he is more of a classical bluesy guitarist. Like a Molsteen/Eric clapton mix, and his of guitar really did change thier sound alot. I dug the stuff with mustaine much more. I'm kind of an anti Lars guy, but I think everyone is. I could see Lar's side in wanting to be an agressive band as he's an agressive drummer, and that turning to aingste, and man that aingste has been channeled into some pretty awsome then, and recently dissapointing stuff. not every band can be like Van Hallen or AC/DC and have great success after serious line-up changes.
