A single Gibson Dirty Finger humbucker, Sperzel Locking Tuners and a single Gibson volume knob with a 500k pot. He uses an Ernie Ball strap. 60mm Dunlop Tortex picks and Brite Wire .010 strings. The neck is made from a single piece of mahogany and a 20 fret rosewood fingerboard with a 1960 Slim Taper Neck Profile. To add a special touch he has a racing stripe with the inner stripe as wide as the fretboard.
