SOR updates. Even though it's been floating at sea for a little bit, we are tuning it up again, we have been cast off and wander around in our strange little world. Also new voices...

Oh the smell.

Yes battles shouldn't lag like a pig stuck with a stick anymore, I am getting to objects next.

Alright, alright, so I have been M.I.A. lately, and hearing all your comments makes me feel like I've taken a backseat to my fellow SoR comrades. They say distance makes the heart grow fonder, and I must admit, my lack of weekly blog in some odd way has made me miss you guys and feel a little distanced to my esteemed vets.

And so, in an attempt to make up for the blogs which I have missed, I am writing one mid-week. Why not? I'm feeling amorous today...

    Fellow SoR vets, new SoR users, and captivated audiences alike, we have come to the end of yet another week in the SoR world. Ah, yes, we have miraculously survived through redhead fetish battles, endless outdated movie battles, strange video game character battles, and the ever elusive much too revealing personal battles involving some of the vet users, and if you don't know what I am referring to, then let's just leave things as is.

    First order of business is the Hall of Fame- shame, shame, shame on you guys. I have not nearly received as many votes as I anticipated. Winners were supposed to have been announced this week, but due to a lack of substantial votes, I have decided to postpone it another week.

    And so another day in the SoR world, which nowadays could be debated as being the equivalent to watching paint dry. Although, I must say, vet users such as DWLyle have "upped the ante" with his most recent battle that stirred some heated political debate about Obama.

    Seems to me this week we have had an explosive amount of new users come up with some less than interesting battles. I am quite bummed that the veteran users are not participating as much as I would like them to; they are, after all, the backbone of this site.

    And so, for those veteran users, I propose we create an "All-Time Hall of Fame"

    Here's how it will all go down. Categories for the Hall of Fame Battles will be decided upon this weekend, and the beginning of the list is as follows:

    First of all I would like to apologize for the lack of blog last week. For personal reasons, I chose not to write one. But now I realize that I should have just sucked it up and done one. Secondly, I would like to also take the time to apologize if I offended or upset anyone in the previous week's blog. Maybe it's the funk I was going through that caused me to release some bottled up anger through my blog, and taking it out on the battles on the site. (Clenched fist in anger)

    Let's get one thing straight: I don't like the babe battles, but I am not banning them, and they are here to stay! So if babe battles are what you guys want, then so be it. To prove I no longer have a problem with the babe battles, I have created one myself. On my own terms, of course ;)

    • Disappointments in the SoR World

    As I search through endless battles, I cant help but think what the SoR world is being reduced to; battles about animal copulation, boob battles, butt battles, babe battles, all battles which are slightly offensive and definitely not my cup of tea.

    I can't say that any of this amuses me, as much as it concerns me. Surely there's got to be something else we can be known for besides these types of battles. I am a little disappointed in the battles this week, so let's step it up!

    SoR has a plethora of highly intelligent users, and I'm convinced that you guys are capable of making creative and thought-provoking battles, which don't depict a disrespectful image of women or involve some sort of animal copulation.

    Another week has passed, and through it I have come across many battles which serve to entertain, if not only for a split second, my attention span or arouse some sort of feeling or emotion.

    This week has proved to be one of the busiest weeks so far, and for that reason, I would like to highlight the users who have made the most battles this week.

    In first place we have DWLyle who has come in at a whopping 34 battles this week.

    I must say that in the past three months I have been here I have been subjected to a variety of borderline inappropriate battles, and have seen the somewhat sick and twisted mind of DWLyle (no offense)

    Put the rumors aside that I have quit SoR...you guys wish you could get rid of me that easily!

    We are, however, in the midst of some new developments which will take place in regards to the direction which we are taking the site, so if you guys have any suggestions let me know!

    Imaginations were running wild this week, as you guys pushed the envelope with some of the battles you've created. I think that's deserving of the Chuck Norris stamp of approval.

    • Spring has Finally Sprung!!

    The first few glimpses of Spring have always been a memory I have treasured deeply. The first flowers to sprout, the smell of fresh cut green grass, and the sound of birds chirping all collaborate together to make spring my favorite season.

    Along with the beauty of nature, who can deny the infamous weeklong celebration which every college student anxiously awaits: Spring Break!

    I hope all you SoRers are making the most out of your Spring Break, and are doing your best to stay out of trouble. In the excitement of a colleg
