Tara was hot before she got the implants, then she got another set, then another, slept with Carson and then , did drugs, and you know the rest of the story. I see that picture isn't before she got the implants so fuck it.
Tara Reid is a nasty, washed-up never was has been. Even the E channel was too straight for her 'party girl' persona, they canned her drunken ass.
As for looks, the best she ever looked (and the pinnacle of her pathetic career) was uttering her one line in The Big Lebowski, "I'll suck your cock for $1000". I'm thinking she's close to repeating that performance these days, instead this time it'd be outside of a movie set.
