Lifetime, but I despise both.
MTV is the worst channel I can think of. Lifetime may be sappy, but it doesn't compare to the shitty influence that MTV gives to stupid brats nowadays. WORSHIP MEDIOCRITY AND LOVE REALITY TELEVISION.
lifetime is good cuz it makes the girls cry then you console them and then yyou get laid. carson daly is a tool.
