Damn, I just made a Misery Index thing and was about to make this battle!

There's be no Misery Index without Dying Fetus.

haha, never heard any of misery~ but i always loved dying fetus...found an old tape with them on it, didnt know who it was for a long time but i loved it anyways
gotta disagree on them getting worse, i much prefer dichordia, over retaliation and the stuff from the various splits, and war of attrition is probs my favourite fetus album since killing on adrenaline. overall though, i couldnt split the pair, theres a time and a place for both
Old dying Fetus wins overall. But both new misery index and new dying fetus pale in comparison to their old music for each band.
