There is only one Jimi.
It's the great Jimi Hendrix all the way, and I'm not just saying that because I'm from the same state as Hendrix. He changed how the electric guitar was veiwed. Plus who else could have inpired Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Kirk Hammet.
