I work with quite a few people who struggle to stretch their pay to cover for the kids/rent/car/medical/etc......
but, they still want to have more kids !?!?!
why do people feel it's necessary to have more kids, when they can't take care of themselves.
and back to the matter at hand, greed...... I personally feel that there are plenty of people who are making a crap-ton of money, and maybe they don't deserve it, but, on the same hand you have people who will bitch about it and complain but, do nothing to better their own lives.

While I don't agree with all of what you said, I agree with most greed. I myself dont understand why people need SO much. But it is America and thats the way the country was built. But I also agree people's preoccupation with money while there are homeless and hungry people in our OWN country is a national shame. As Bud Fox said in Wall Street "How many yachts can you waterski behind, huh Gordon". There will be a special place in the afterlife for those who dont care or have the means to help but don't.
are you all sying $200,000/yr. is not enough money? dude im talking about helping people by stopping hordes of useful money to go to waste on frivilous purchases. i work my ass off to just get by on this shitty paycheck but i dont have that ambition, nor do i want it, to make millions. thats just millions more problems for me. i'd be happy with some property out in the country with a small truck and a nice sized house, but a mansion?? 10 cars? maids? why the fuck does anyone need that? i agree that people should help themselves but imagine the money and resources that would be pumped back into the economy, the NATIONAL DEBT, or into natural disaster fundd. money given to people who lost everything in a flood, or a forest fire, or a hurricane. im not just saying "give money to the poor" because thats not the answer. but sometimes people need a little help getting going or staying above financial waters. im thinking about the group not the individual. if this country wants to be great again, we have to think of the people as a whole because you arent the only one in this country. it takes us all to make it work.
maybe even if only to pay off the national debt. it can be done. look at the profits from the oil companies... hey republicans, i dont think the trickle down effect is working, do you?
Don't get pissed cause some of us actually make money. I work my ass off to get where I am at, so when I do get rich, I can have that mansion and nice car.
