I think both are pretty racist. I think it's common that they would use the "black-card" or slavery, or even "white-man's plight" to push this further.
The entire human race has been persecuted. I come from Irish and Spanish descent. Both of my ancestors were beaten, abused, mistreated and even used as slaves.

Jesse Jackson uses the black community to further his own goals. Spike Lee just puts the plight of the black community on the silver screen.
theyare both equally racist, but jesse jackson is more successful in his ability to get his message out there
