Battle of the anti-psychotics!
Granted, psychotic people like me have an edge...we've tried these drugs.
VS
Seroquel
A drug I take for severe, chronic social phobia and anxiety. Yes, I'm crazy. But as my gf says, "In a good way!"

I do marijuana, too. But a couple of these drugs did more for me than marijuana ever did. As much as I love weed, lithium carbonate and other psychiatric medications saved my life.
I vote natural marijuana, not artificial death.
Bravo! One of the funniest episodes. "We strapped a rickshaw to him and he bolted."
and i thought i was the only one here on Earth who ever saw that episode of Seinfeld. No one else i know has. ahh a good day indeed!
"Potato Salad!"
No, Seroquel isn't experimental, unless you consider "off label" use experimental. Many psychiatric drugs, like Inderal and Neurontin, started out as drugs to treat something else. Inderal was a heart medication, and Neurontin was used to treat seizures. But Inderal is used for anxiety (it reduces the tense feeling in the chest) off label, as it were. And Neurontin is used to treat the manic portion of manic-depression.
I've been on both for psych reasons, not for my heart or seizures. Although I do have an occasional grand mal seizure for unknown reasons.
Anyhoo, I took Seroquel in 2000, 2002 and I just started taking it again. It's a good anti-psychotic for me, with relatively few side effects. Just be careful of psychiatrists who just throw drugs at you. I'm all for better living through drugs, but they need to be used carefully.
I have a lot of psych experience, and I have no problem with anyone writing me at my email address. I work from home as a writer and "stringer" and photographer. DWLyle@comcast.net
THE GOVERNMENT!
My housemate and close friend is on seroquel right now. Stuff's still experimental isn't it?
