The Thing is one of my favorite movies but it's really the only Carpenter that i've watched more than once. Ramero on the other hand, all of his movies amazing. ok, Land of the Dead was only so-so but lets hope the up coming movie make up for it.
I love Romero's films, but Carpenter is in my heart...

I enjoy JC's films more. But Romero's a close second.
can you seriously dispute this? George Romero is the MAN! John Carpenter has put out a couple good things here and there. but come on people...what's cooler than zombies?
