Who is more to the left? Socialist B. Sanders or Obama?
Matmico believes everything the Republicans tell him. Sad.

I don't know why Matmico picked Bernie, but I picked him because I know that Obama is not a "socialist" or even much of a lefty at all. I say that as a lefty myself. That said, I'm still a big time supporter of Obama. Like night and day with McCain/Palin. What kind of jackass would vote for McCain/Palin? The mind boggles.
Did you vote wrong then, because you and Matmico both picked Bernie.
And have a yet to read a single argument on SoR that successfully argues that Obama is a "socialist." Repubs say it, but they can't back it up. Typical.
I wait for that argument to show up. Until then, I stand astride your puny world a Colossus. Let me have it, Matmico, the "Obama is a Socialist" argument. Not every Democrat who isn't a moderate is a Socialist. There is a wide gulf in there. Lay it on me. Make me your brother.
The SPUSA didn't support him, despite my best efforts. They didn't support him because even Bernie Sanders is a "social democrat" not a Socialist. In less Right Wing times, Sanders would be seen as a Radical Liberal, perhaps. In any event, a lot of radical socialists did support Sanders.
He is farther to the left of Obama in the extreme. Obama sounds like a New Deal Democrat, at best. He's not a radical, a Marxist, or a socialist. Anyone who tells you different is trying to sell a mummified Republican candidate and his dipshit Alaskan running mate. Or something.
never heard of sanders. i wonder why...
