Yeah, losing the weight has really made sex more fun, too.

The scar, my friend, is from gastric bypass surgery. I used to weigh 450lbs, not I weight about 240. It sort of hangs on me. The surgery was an "open" and the recovery time took forever. The gastric bypass surgery of today is light years ahead. Even when I had it 8 years ago, most places in Boston had already switched to laparascopic. If you want to look it up, it's called, "Roux en Y gastric bypass."

Basically, they sew a grenade into your abdominal cavity and let it fly.

I can't get rid of the tits, despite having some good muscles from beating up cops (just kidding). The testosterone I have to take causes a bit of an inflammation in breast tissue. I've seen a lot worse. Most people have a "thing" that drive them mad about themselves. Apparently it's you and your hair. I understand your concern. I'm thinning out a bit.

I'm not vain at all, but I have to at least look better than some of you people. Jesus. Ha!
