Sucks Or Rules

Sex always clouds reason, and if "given into" too quickly, more than likely ruins chances or motivation for it to become a relationship of true love and respect. (Just an observation from my past personal experiences)

in my experience it could have been nearly immediately, or after a very long time.
but, I am more inclined to agree with KW, it either is, or it isn't...
I know plenty of people who hate each others guts, and they will not seperate.
It's like "You guys can't stand each other, why do you stick around?"
they say "Because I know deep down he really loves me, it's harder for him to show it."

The two that I can remember really being serious love that was fealt pretty imediatly. Even before touching. I'm an intense person. I wouldn't stick around and just wait for things to turn from friends to love. It either is or it isn't.
