I just can't really think like that. I just know to many good smart dudes and chicks to decide. I think things work best when a mutual respect and admiration is exercised. Colliding egos screw everything up. I'm as non bias as I can be. I've found life's more livable that way. It keeps me from having extreme reactions to quickly, and that's gotten me in toruble to many damn times...
Women secretly run everything anyway. Any sucessful politician, executive, celebrity, or professional athlete that's worth his salt has a good woman behind the scenes. Even if you haven't seen her all the time, she's there. It's like Oz, and us men are just following the yellow brick road. And all roads lead to vagina.
But guess what? She is to flighty, and she can't stay focused. Hell, she's even picky about where she poo's and she is a dog! What kind of leadership is that?

Hehehe! BOTH sides!!!!! I'm sorry, I just can't narrow it down like that. Every individual has their good qualities and then they have their moronic tendencies (which is all that people seem to hone in on anymore). Different people compliment different qualities in each other. If we all had this one figured out, then we wouldn't have the problems that we have had on this planet since the beginning of time.
I think my dog should run things. She listens just enough to be a good dog but is just independent enough that she can explore things (grass) on her own and learn about new things (bugs). Excellent qualities there! Only problem is she is too damn obstinate to learn how to speak. Nobody is going to listen to her barking all the time. It is way too annoying and they will just blow her off.

There are qualities that both sexes possess that are good for leadership. To me, it just depends on the person, not their sex. I can't vote one or the other.
