Genuine is the way to go. If you are wrong, at least you have the advantage of a conversation that will teach you something. Words are words...they have meaning if you give them meaning...therefore if you don't care if they have meaning to someone else, all that matters is that they have meaning to you.
Even though I have the ability to be wrong. Everything I say is intended to be genuine whether it be a joke or my drawn out expiations of my point of view, but yeah, a lot of people are full of shit. I'll vote genuine on my own personal account.
