my older bro and I did together on less than 4 quaters each when I was a kid.
I wonder if I ever beat that game without the 30 lives?- LOL
Both games rule and are just as innovative as each other. Contra is the awesome O.G. of the platform shooter, and Metal Slug is the genre's most versatile and eye catching. Really a tough decision, but Metal Slug gets it for me because of the many ways you can wage your one man war; hand to hand, flying, driving, and a shit load of weapons. Neo Geo machines are awesome.
