Originally, Harmonix worked on Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero II. However, in recent times, after Activision's aquisition of the Guitar Hero franchise, Harmonix went their own way. Which product is better though?

I wasn't aware of that.
Guitar Hero III has too many annoying songs in it; they really dropped the ball there. Also, I can't pick anymore for some reason (Doesn't "pick" up the upstroke!), so I had to learn to play with my thumb, downstroking fast. It's the same in Rockband, but at least that game has more decent songs, and is definitely better as a "party" game. This is the second time I've said all this.
yeah, i know. Rockband you can't see held notes for shit and it depresses you cause the scores are low! Plus, Rockband is too easy. Guitar Hero all the way!
