360 is definitely more comfortable to hold and the offset analog sticks feels better for every game except Katamari. The D-pad is lame (Sony and Nintendo own all the good patents) but can fixed pretty easily (see google search). With the play and charge kit (which does come included in some of the 360 skus) batteries aren't a problem.

PS3's built in battery is awesome but no automatic shut off and extremely short USB charge cable are lame. They also need to get with the times and switch the dpad and left analog. It feels cheap because of the weight and lack of rumble stinks (both should be resolved with the Dualshock 3). The biggest problem with the Sixaxis is that it unsyncs randomly and in a game of Stardust HD this usually leads to death.

please n00bs i got both consoles and the sixaxis is by far the superior controller. the buttons are much softer now than the ps2 and the dual analogues have a ferrari grip on 'em. the 360 controller is too heavy too unless you use the play and charge kit.......oh yes the ps3 controller comes with a built in battery and charger........ive spent mad loot on batteries. the 360 controller is great for halo 3.....almost like it's designed specifically for it......but sometimes i wish i had the sixaxis in bioshock when i'm low on ammo to maximize precision..........and if you want a vibrator get a dildo.........XD!!!

I voted the sixaxis but am split 50/50 on which one is more comfortable. IMO I think it depends on the type of game you're playing. If you're playing a FPS then the Xbox 360 controller is better, I also think it is better for racing games... but it does have it's flaws with other game types. Not all but some. I voted sixaxis cause that's what I have played more so it's just more comfortable to me because I play it more often.
